Privacy policy and protection of personal data

Acty OÜ has undertaken to protect the privacy of customers and users. Based on this, we have prepared these privacy policy principles, which deal with the collection, use, publication, transmission and storage of customer data. Our activities on the Internet are in accordance with all relevant activities and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
These privacy terms apply when you use the web environment www.acty.ee. Using the online environment is considered your consent to this Privacy Policy.
Whose data does Acty OÜ process?
The controller of personal data of the website www.acty.ee is Acty OÜ, (registry code 11117946) located at Liimi 1, Tallinn.
Acty OÜ processes the data of its customers and contact persons who have expressed a desire to use our services or have previously used our services. If you use or have used Acty OÜ Services, Websites or otherwise provided us with your Personal Data, these principles directly apply to you.
In certain cases, Acty OÜ processes personal data that is available from public sources.
Personal data includes any information about an identified or identifiable natural person that the person has provided himself. For example, name, phone number, postal address, email address. Personal data also includes information collected by Acty OÃœ Company – website visits, various social media channels and use of the services we offer.
Purposes and legal bases of personal data processing
We process the personal data of Acty OÃœ’s customers, i.e. service users, in order to fulfill our contractual obligations. We use the personal data of customers and also the information received from them in order to offer existing (and also potential) customers higher quality service and more accurate information. The legal basis for the processing of collected personal data is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and, if possible, higher quality provision of the offered service.
From Acty OÃœ’s marketing channels (including the website and social media), we collect data on the activity and usability of the channels. In addition, whenever possible, we collect data about the interests and goals of potential customers in order to increase the level of our customer communication, better understand the real interests and goals of customers, and offer higher quality service, more accurate information, and ensure (and improve) the user-friendliness of the functionality of the Acty OÃœ website. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in better understanding the needs of our customers in order to ensure a better service.
How does Acty OÜ collect personal data?
In general, we collect personal data directly from data subjects and with their consent (for example, by e-mail or receiving feedback with a request form). In addition, we use automatic data collection tools, including cookies and other tracking tools, to optimize the user experience of our website and provide better services to our customers.
We use cookies and pixel tags on the website, which are optional for every website visitor and can be refused.
A cookie is a small text file that the web server sends to the user’s web browser and that is stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer, and that allows the user’s preferences such as font size, communication language, device information, visit statistics and the like to be remembered.
A pixel tag is a small piece of website code that allows cookies to be set and read. Pixel tags are triggered when a user opens, for example, an email, arrives at a website. It is then registered that the user has opened the e-mail or third-party cookies are downloaded.
We use the following cookies:
• Session cookies, the purpose of which is to enable the use of the service. Session cookies are temporary and disappear when you leave the website or close your browser. Session cookies may be used for certain website functions, login and shopping cart.
• Persistent cookies, the purpose of which is to remember the customer’s choices on the websites of Acty OÃœ. Persistent cookies may be used, for example, to recognize you as a repeat visitor of the website (for example, to use the remarketing function) and to adjust the content of the website according to your needs or to collect statistical data.
More specifically, we use the following cookies:
• Analytical cookies that collect information about how the website is used. For example, which content pages are visited the most or what visitors are looking for on the website. These cookies do not collect information that would allow the website user to be directly identified. This includes, for example, Google Analytics cookies.
• Advertising cookies, which help to provide advertisements targeted to the user’s interests. The Facebook Pixel code has been added to the www.acty.ee page, and if you no longer want to see Acty OÃœ’s website advertisement on Facebook, you can disable it. Open https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences and delete all websites whose ads you do not want to see in the future under the “Advertisers you have interacted with” option.
Information related to cookies is not used to identify you and your visit statistics are under our control – they are not disclosed to a third party. These cookies are used only for the purpose specified here.
Deleting and disabling cookies
The user has the right to refuse to save cookies on the computer. If desired, the user must change the settings of his web browser. More information about this can be found, for example, here: http://www.allaboutcookies.org/. When blocking cookies, the user must consider that all website functions may no longer be available to the user.
Acty OÜ processes the following personal data:
Contact information: name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number.
Data generated during the filling of the inquiry, feedback, customer contract form and when sending an e-mail: company name, personal identification number/registry code, VAT number, legal address, customer preferences regarding Acty OÜ services, data specified in the feedback form, data transmitted in the inquiry form, by e-mail sent data.
Data generated when making a purchase or order in the e-store: contact information, delivery address, bank account number and purchase history, communication with customer support. The personal data required may include name, address, postal code, email address, telephone number and other data.
Automatically collected data: data obtained from the user’s web browser (for example, the type of web browser), type of device used, language of communication, website address (incoming link to the website of Acty OÃœ, which content pages the user browsed, how long he stayed on certain pages, the user’s IP address and other similar website statistics data.
Data collected by sending e-mails (newsletters) sent by Acty OÜ: data about which letters, how many and when and how the user opened them.
Other Personal Data: Data that you have made publicly available or available to us on third-party social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the like.
Acty OÜ does not process special types of personal data.
Sharing of personal data
Acty OÜ does not transfer customer data outside the European (EU) Economic Area and does not share personal data with third parties (except under the conditions specified in the next point). All data is used only for customer communication and product and service development purposes. We may share personal data in the following cases:
• to deliver goods purchased from the e-shop to our transport partner, who is contractually obliged to keep the shared information confidential;
• debt collection;
• state supervision institutions and the Police;
• public feedback with the client’s consent.
Storage and security of your personal information
Acty OÜ can send customers information about services, offers and news if the customer has given us his contact details or agreed to receive information from us. The customer receives the information as long as the customer requests the termination of the latest activities or leaves the group of newsletter recipients.
Personal data is stored on servers located on the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated with the Privacy Shield framework.
Acty OÃœ stores personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. The data retention period also depends on the need to respond to data subjects’ requests, solve various problems, and the need to fulfill statutory document retention requirements.
Personal data necessary for accounting are stored for seven years.
If the legislation does not require the storage of personal data and Acty OÜ does not need them, we will delete this personal data. In this case, we can only use the provided personal data for statistical purposes and only in anonymized form.
In terms of personal data security, we try to do everything possible to prevent unauthorized access to data. Reasonable protective measures with technical and physical restrictions have been established for the protection of personal data collected and processed by Acty OÜ. We ensure access to data based only on valid legislation and at the same time we protect the confidentiality of personal data as much as possible.
Customer rights
The client has the right to access the client’s own personal data processed and stored by Acty OÃœ and the right to request the correction of inaccuracies.
To opt out of marketing messages received by Acty OÜ, the customer must follow the opt-out instructions in the footer of the email or send an email.
Acty OÜ must comply with several customer rights: with the right of correction, the customer has the right to demand that incorrect personal data related to him be corrected without delay. The customer has the right to request the deletion of his data if certain additional conditions are met. The customer also has the right to request the processing of his personal data.
If the processing of personal data is based on the customer’s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Other Provisions
Acty OÜ may unilaterally change the privacy conditions of the website without prior notice in order to ensure our compliance with laws and/or generally accepted practices regarding cookies. The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to this privacy policy.
