Farron Tehnika is a distributor of STIHL products in Estonia. It has been operating since 2011, and during this time the Farron Tehnika network has grown to several dozen distributors.

A large dealer network requires Farron to constantly communicate and supply dealers with information. Therefore, a smoothly functioning and reliable software solution is key for them.

Farron had been using the Magento 1 platform for many years, but by now it had caught up with the times, and the transition to the Magento 2 platform was a prerequisite for the implementation of new ambitious developments.

Solution

Farron’s online environment is not a traditional e-commerce channel because you cannot go through the purchase process there. But it is an important source of product information and an essential software solution for handling claims and warranty issues.
