Juhani Nursery School has been operating for a quarter of a century. The vision of Juhani Nursery is to grow and offer home gardeners exciting, unusual and high-quality seedlings that adapt to Estonian conditions. Right from the very beginning, special emphasis has been placed on the frost resistance of plants at the Juhani Nursery.
The MISSION of Juhani Nursery is to offer, in addition to seedlings, knowledge and support to serious gardening enthusiasts as well as newly started home decorators.

Aim of the project
The Juhani Nursery’s online ordering environment (www.plantpost.eu) no longer met JPK’s expectations or needs, and did not support the achievement of business goals.
Therefore, JPK wanted to develop a fully functional e-store that would be accessible from the company’s website and which would be able to support an excellent customer experience as well as all e-commerce operations. The future e-store was also to be integrated with economic software, and to automate product sales through the e-channel as much as possible, whilst ensuring accurate tracking of sales and stock balances
Solution
We helped to map more detailed business needs. We adapted the design of the e-store to the customer’s needs, incorporating JPK’s signature graphics and capabilities.
We implemented Magento 2 Community free software and added additional functionalities to ensure that Magento met customer expectations effectively.
We also connected the e-store with the company’s financial software for product information, stock quantities, and synchronization of orders and customers.
