That is why it is especially important to constantly work to ensure that the use of services is convenient for customers in every aspect.
Digitization of the purchase process
At this point, Acty had the opportunity to help by digitizing the Business Class Lounge (BL) and Security Check Express Gate (FT) purchasing process.
Our task was to create an online ticket purchase solution for tallinna-lennujaam.ee and an API responsible for creating QR codes and exchanging information between security gates.
The solution was introduced at the airport at the end of 2019.
